Police have jailed a 19-year-old man on 28 charges related to several alleged rapes of a 13-year-old.
Dyllin Mathew Lukens met the teenage girl on Facebook, according to an affidavit of probable cause.
The girl told police she informed Lukens of her age through Facebook messenger, but decided to meet him at a playground and later have sex at her residence, according to the affidavit.
She told police the first time they had sex it was consensual, but afterward said no, according to an affidavit. She told police she feared what would happen if she didn’t have sex with him, because he allegedly threatened to kill himself and also told her that his friends were gang members.
Lukens allegedly raped her several times between Aug. 1 and Sept. 28 at a Juniata Terrace Borough residence in Mifflin County, according to state police at Lewistown. On two occasions he allegedly choked her. He reportedly told police in an interview that he never choked the 13-year-old, though she told police she tried to get him to stop.
Lukens was charged with three counts of felony rape by forcible compulsion, five counts of felony involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, two counts of felony strangulation by applying pressure to the throat or neck, three counts of felony statutory sexual assault by a person four to eight years older, five counts of felony aggravated indecent assault of a person younger than 16 years old, three counts of felony corruption of a minor by a person older than 18 years old and seven counts of misdemeanor indecent assault of a person younger than 16 years old.
Lukens was unable to post $200,000 monetary bail set by Mifflin County District Judge Jack Miller and has been housed in Mifflin County Correctional Facility.
