Penn State evicted protesters from the Toll Brothers site at about 9:15 a.m. Wednesday.
The Nittany Valley Water Coalition has had a presence on the Whitehall Road property, where Toll Brothers is slated to build The Cottages at State College, since June 3 — 124 days.
They’re protesting the student housing development, citing concerns about potential impacts to water quality.
Penn State Office of Physical Plant removed items from the property with two large trucks. Penn State officials Zack Moore and Kurt Kissinger and Ferguson Township police were also on-site.

“I feel betrayed,” said Kelli Hoover, a water coalition member.
Moore, Penn State’s vice president for government and community relations, declined to comment.
The water coalition has also been in talks with university officials and Toll Brothers representative Charles Elliott about potential alternative sites for the development.
