A: My boutique store offers carefully handpicked items that offer uniqueness and quality in historic Boalsburg. My shop resides in a small 1830s brick building offering ambiance and charm. Stepping in, you will be transported to a shop found on an old, winding street in Italy or perhaps a shabby chic loft in the heart of Paris. I search local markets around the world to offer some favorite finds. Finds are anything from a crisp, white linen to a rusted urn.
Q: What are your top sellers?
A: Our own olive oil soaps have quite a following, as well as our luxurious lotions. Not too far behind are our garden inspired items. And finally our architectural pieces and bust that offer the wow factor in any room.
Q: What’s the best thing about your location?
A: As America continues to grow its big box stores, it is hard to tell one area from another. It is easy to fall in love with Boalsburg. The quaint village has several boutique stores, restaurants and museums. I feel fortunate to have a gift stop in the heart of Boalsburg, where locals and visitors get to step back in time.
Q: What is the best way to “play” in Centre County?
A: I would suggest coming to Boalsburg and eat, visit, and shop.
